DAMATO’s Salon is where singers practice a professional performance — with professional photography, a recorded video and an audience in a living room studio atmosphere.
Performers
DAMATO Studio Members are invited to perform a solo or duet on our home stage as part of The Salon.
Performers may choose to self-accompany on piano or guitar, bring their own accompanist, or submit a track to be played through our professional sound system.
Each performer receives a dedicated 10-minute sound check / rehearsal, as well as a video and photos of their performance.
Each Salon also closes with one featured Studio Member in an extended 2-3 song set—an opportunity to step forward as a featured artist and begin their transition into more advanced performance.
This program is designed to give performers media for their press kit and build their portfolio for applying for future professional gigs.
Audience
Friends and family of performers and community members are invited to join us for an evening of singing, socialization and refreshment at our only public, performance showcase event.
